Description

The difference between a successful organization and one that is challenged may come down to how organized the board and committee meetings are. This session will help you create meeting plans that will assist your organization to grow and prosper. Learn how to transform your meetings into well-planned, well managed meetings that ensure peoples talents and time are used effectively.
Learn:
- How to create and establish an agenda for your meeting.
- The importance of taking minutes at your meeting.
- How your meetings should be conducted.
- How to set ground rules.
