Have you ever wanted to take a group through a process, but felt you did not have the “know how to be able to do it? Trained facilitators have many different methods in their toolkit to move a group forward! In this session, you will learn nine basic skills that facilitators use. Join Community Development Officer, Heather Nickel as she shares 9 key facilitation tools and useful techniques. A handout will be provided to participants. Nine basic facilitation principles and practices will be covered. (e.g.) Affinity Process, T-Charting, brainstorming, etc.
