This session will help you create meeting plans that will assist your organization grow and prosper. Learn how to transform your meetings into well-planned, well managed meetings that ensure people’s talents and time are used effectively.
  • How to create and establish an agenda for your meeting;
  • The importance of taking minutes at your meeting;
  • How meetings should be conducted;
  • How to set ground rules.
