Event: Android Phone Basics

This is a hands-on and practical workshop to help you get the best out of your phone, so that you can browse the internet and send/receive emails, confidently install apps, use the camera for photos and videos, and store data and pictures. The course will also deal with security so that you can keep you and your device safe from malware and scams.
Prerequisite: Bring your own phone to class. When registering, please indicate the make and model of your phone. Also bring details of your email address and password.

Instructor: University of Alberta.
Technology Training Centre.

Starts: Saturday, March 11
1 session 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Registration Fee: $50 Includes handouts.
Minimum 6 registrants.
