Event: Mushroom Identification

Mushroom expert Mike Schulz has been teaching edible mushroom courses for over 15 years, and is coming to Vilna! Many delicious edible mushrooms can be found in the fall, so join us as we learn about these fantastic culinary delights and their potentially dangerous look-alikes. The course includes a foray through natural areas around Vilna and all edibles found will be cooked and sampled. You are encouraged to bring in unknown mushrooms to identify.
